These General Terms and Conditions (these “Terms and Conditions”) govern the access and use of our mobile applications, products, software, websites, APIs and other services (our “Platform”) called and, where applicable, other service providers available on or through the Platform. By using the Platform, you agree to follow and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including any policies referenced herein.
We may modify these Terms and Conditions or any additional terms that apply to the Platform to reflect changes to the law or changes to the Platform. You should review these Terms and Conditions regularly; continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any revisions. If you do not agree to the modified terms, discontinue use of the Platform or service.
As a regulated financial services company, we are required to identify all users for legal, regulatory and compliance purposes prior to you using our Platform. To ensure compliance with applicable reporting requirements, we may collect and verify your personal information such as your legal name, address, government ID, date of birth, taxpayer identification number, and banking details.
By agreeing to these terms, you certify under penalty of perjury that the information provided, including taxpayer identification number, is correct and you agree that we may use this information and third-party sources to verify your identity, prevent fraud, and remain compliant.
Note: All investors’ referral links will be active after the first withdrawal. A $20 service charge applies if the link is not used within 2 weeks of activation.
We reserve the right to change rules, commissions, and rates at any time at our sole discretion, without notice, to protect the integrity and security of our members’ interests. It is your responsibility to review current terms.
You acknowledge and agree that we may make inquiries we consider necessary, directly or through third parties, concerning your identity and creditworthiness. This may include confirming email or financial instrument ownership, ordering a credit report, or verifying information against databases. These checks may involve sharing parts of your information with third parties solely for verification purposes.
We grant you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Platform solely for informational, transactional, or other approved purposes. All other rights are reserved.
You agree not to copy, distribute, sell, license, reverse engineer, modify, publish, or exploit any content or part of the Platform without written permission. You may not frame, display, or use our trademarks without prior approval.
